Cambridge Band Competition U18s Final

SHIT! I finally did it!

After getting through to the final of the Cambridge Band Competition I had a very stressful day. After hearing the sound checks of all the bands playing, every band sounded so cool in so many different ways.

From raw 'Babyshambles' sound (Matty and the Bullsharks) to electro rock 'The 1975' kinda stuff (Deep City) to a cool indie rock kinda vibe from Saltfen.

They all sounded so good I was sure I had no chance.

I was literally packing my stuff away when they announced that I was the WINNER of the UNDER 18s FINAL and I couldn't believe it.

I even got a little bit emotional.

Thank you so much to everyone who came to support me today, and a shout out to the new fans I made today.

You crowd were awesome and I CANNOT WAIT till the Junction on 29th April. It's gonna be mental!

Also been told I've been booked for the Strawberry Fair festival in Cambridge, so I can't wait for that either.
